• 账号信息：当您注册账号时，我们会收集您的邮箱地址和经过加密处理的密码。
• Account information: when you register, we collect your email address and an encrypted password.

• Usage data: the words you look up and text fragments extracted from documents, used to generate definitions, translations and examples.
• 设备信息：基本的设备型号与系统版本，用于优化兼容性（不涉及个人身份识别）。
• Device information: basic device model and OS version for compatibility optimization (not personally identifying).

3. 信息的使用How We Use Your Information

我们使用收集的信息用于：提供单词释义、翻译与例句服务；维护和改善服务质量；响应用户的请求与反馈；保障账号与数据安全。

We use the collected information to: provide word definitions, translations and examples; maintain and improve service quality; respond to user requests and feedback; and ensure account and data security.

4. 第三方服务Third-party Services

为生成单词的释义、翻译和例句，我们会将您查询的单词文本发送给第三方人工智能服务商（DeepSeek）进行处理。该服务商仅在完成生成任务所必需的范围内处理这些文本，我们不会向该服务商提供您的账号身份信息。

To generate definitions, translations and examples, we send the word text you query to a third-party AI service provider (DeepSeek) for processing. This provider processes the text only to the extent necessary to complete the generation task, and we do not share your account identity with it.

5. 信息的存储与安全Data Storage and Security

您的信息存储于我们租用的云服务器（腾讯云，位于中国香港）。我们采取合理的技术与管理措施（如加密传输、访问控制）保护您的信息安全。密码以加密形式存储，不以明文保存。

Your information is stored on cloud servers we lease (Tencent Cloud, located in Hong Kong, China). We take reasonable technical and administrative measures (such as encrypted transmission and access control) to protect your information. Passwords are stored in encrypted form, never in plain text.

6. 信息共享与披露Information Sharing and Disclosure

除上述第三方服务（DeepSeek）及法律要求的情形外，我们不会向任何第三方出售、出租或共享您的个人信息。

Except for the third-party service (DeepSeek) described above and as required by law, we do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party.

7. 您的权利Your Rights

您有权访问、更正或删除您的个人信息，也有权随时注销您的账号。您可以通过 App 内的设置功能，或通过下方联系方式向我们提出请求，我们将在合理期限内响应。

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to delete your account at any time. You can make such requests through the in-app settings or by contacting us below, and we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. 账号注销Account Deletion

您可以在 App 内「设置 → 账号 → 注销账号」中自行删除账号。注销后，我们将删除与该账号相关的个人信息（法律法规要求保留的除外），且该操作不可撤销。

You can delete your account in the app under "Settings → Account → Delete Account". After deletion, we will remove the personal information associated with that account (except where retention is required by law), and this action cannot be undone.

9. 儿童隐私Children's Privacy

我们的服务不面向 13 周岁以下的儿童。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。如您发现我们无意中收集了儿童信息，请及时联系我们以便删除。

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us to have it removed.
